A 1980 graduate of Farleigh Dickenson University, Dr. Varallo is the founder of Ho-Ho-Kus Dental Associates, a practice he began twenty-two years ago. Dr. Varallo brings a unique approach to the management of a dental practice as he focuses on the patient and has his entire office dedicated to the patient's perspective and care. He states, “The time is long overdue for medical practices to act like a business and serve its customers.” Since implementing his patient-focus business plan in 2000, Dr. Varallo's business practice has more than doubled its gross revenues.

Equal to his business acumen, Dr. Varallo is both fundamental and innovative in his practice. He is one of the first non prothodontists in the United States trained to restore implants.

Dr. Varallo is a strong proponent of continuing education. He is the recent founder of the Nantucket Dental Society, a continuing education organization dedicated to the realization that we are in the “Golden age of Dentistry.” His workshops focus on the simple but proven procedures which benefit the everyday dental practice.

Dr. Stephen Colen

Dr. Stephen R. Colen has been performing plastic surgery for more then 25 years. He is currently Associate Professor of Surgery and Plastic Surgery at New York University Medical Center's prestigious Institute of Plastic Surgery and Chairman of the Department of Plastic Surgery at Hackensack University Medical Center. Every year, Dr. Colen has been listed by New York Magazine and by Castle Connolly Medical Ltd. as one of the top plastic surgeons in New York. He has been featured in numerous publications such as Glamour, W, Town and Country, Vogue and Self just to mention a few.

                                                                                                                                                                                           

Jose A. Sapia, D.M.D., C.A.G.S.


Dr. Sapia is originally from Ponce, Puerto Rico, and is a 1990 graduate of Assumption College. In 1994 he completed a doctoral program from Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine.  After receiving his doctoral degree, Dr. Sapia went on to peruse a one year intensive postgraduate residency program at Boston University. This program earned him a Certificate of Graduate Studies Degree (C.A.G.S.) in general dentistry.  Currently, he owns a multi-specialty dental practice in Sagamore Beach, Massachusetts.  The practice provides services including Family, Cosmetic, Implant and Sports Dentistry.  Dr. Sapia is the team dentist for several high school football teams in the area, as well as Team Puerto Rico Boxing (Universal Promotions Inc.).
Dr. Sapia spent his first ten years practicing in Boston.  He is a member of the American Dental Association, The Massachusetts Dental Society, The Nantucket Dental Society and the Cape Cod District Dental Society.  Dr. Sapia and his family reside in Duxbury, Massachusetts where he enjoys fishing and sailing.
 

 


Dr. Jennifer Nelson   

Dr. Jennifer Nelson has been working in the dental field over 20 years and is a graduate of the University of Louisville, School of Dentistry. As the owner of a multi-specialty family dental practice in Attleboro, Massachusetts, she is a caring and committed professional who is dedicated to her patient’s dental health. She is active in both the Massachusetts Dental Society and the American Dental Association, the Southeast Dental Society, the Nantucket Dental Society, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Association of Women Dentists, the American Orthodontic Society and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Nelson is also a member of the New England Master Track study group and is dedicated to achieving her designation as a "Master" in dentistry through the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Nelson was voted as one of the "top ten" dentists by the Mass. Dental Society and voted as the "Best Dental Practice" by her community in 2010 and 2011. Dr. Nelson and her husband are active members in the community and have two young boys. Her hobbies include running, art and music.

 

 

 

Gregory Chotkowski, DMD:    

Dr. Chotkowski is Chief and Residency Program Director of Oral and Maxillofacial SurgeryCM
at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine of New York University.  Dr. Chotkowski is a Board Certified
Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon.  He is a graduate of Boston College and Tufts University School of Dental
Medicine, where he received his DMD degree. Dr. Chotkowski completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
at Cornell University/New York Presbyterian Hospital. He has authored several authoritative articles on maxillofacial trauma
and reconstruction and has lectured both nationally and internationally.  Dr. Chotkowski the founder of StemSave, Inc. In accordance with its mission, StemSave partners with Dentists to enable them to provide their patients with the opportunity to cryopreserve their own valuable stem cells for future regenerative therapies. Dr Chotkowski has a profound understanding of stem cells and a passion for the promise of regenerative medical therapies.
