Dr. Michael Varallo is the founder of Nantucket Dental Society and Ho-Ho-Kus Dental Associates. His management approach at Ho-Ho-Kus Dental focuses on patient's perspective and care. Since implementing his patient-focus business plan in 2000, Dr. Varallo's business practice has more than doubled its gross revenues.Dr. Varallo is both fundamental and innovative in his practice and is one of the first non prosthodontists in the United States trained to restore implants.

As founder of Nantucket Dental Society, Dr. Varallo is a strong proponent of continuing education and is dedicated to the realization that we are in the “Golden age of Dentistry.” His workshops focus on the simple but proven procedures which benefit the everyday dental practice. 

Dr. Varallo has been named as one of NJ's Top Dentists by NJ Monthly Magazine in 2009 and 2014. He is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University.


Jose A. Sapia


Dr. Sapia is originally from Ponce, Puerto Rico and is a 1990 graduate of Assumption College. In 1994 he completed a doctoral program from Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine. After receiving his doctoral degree, Dr. Sapia went on to pursue a one year intensive postgraduate residency program at Boston University. This program earned him a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies Degree (C.A.G.S.) in general dentistry. Currently, he owns a multi-specialty dental practice in Sagamore Beach, Massachusetts. The practice provides services including Family, Cosmetic, Implant and Sports Dentistry. Dr. Sapia is the team dentist for several high school football teams in the area, as well as Team Puerto Rico Boxing (Universal Promotions, Inc.).

Dr. Sapia spent his first ten years practicing in Boston. For several years, Dr. Sapia was part of the CEREC® Mentor Group which promotes excellence through CEREC® dentistry. Dr. Sapia was given CEREC® training in CAD/CAM (Compute- Aided Design/Computer-Aided Manufacturing) technology by the leaders of CEREC® Dentistry in Scottsdale, Arizona. He continues to pursue new developments in this area of dental technology. Currently, Dr. Sapia is enrolled in a residency through Tufts University for Sleep Dental Medicine. This will give Dr. Sapia expertise in dental sleep apnea. Dr. Sapia and his family reside in Duxbury, Massachusetts, where he enjoys fishing and sailing.


Craig Allen

Dr. Craig Allen is a general dentist in Braintree, Massachusetts where he has practiced for over 20 years. He graduated of Maxwell School of Citizenship at Syracuse University and the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Allen was an associate clinical instructor at Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine in the Department of Oral Diagnosis and Radiology, where he continues to be active member of the alumni association. He spent 15 years working with Nobel Biocare, lecturing on a simplified approach to implant restoration.

Dr. Allen is presently on the dental advisory board for Delta Dental and a member of the South Shore District Dental Society, the Massachusetts Dental Society, and the American Dental Association. When not in the office, Craig will be found with his wife, two active teenage sons, and two large Saint Bernard dogs.


Greg Chotkowski


Dr. Chotkowski is Chief and Residency Program Director of Oral and Maxillofacial SurgeryCMat the Mount Sinai School of Medicine of New York University. Dr. Chotkowski is a Board CertifiedOral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. He is a graduate of Boston College and Tufts University School of DentalMedicine, where he received his DMD degree. Dr. Chotkowski completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Cornell University/New York Presbyterian Hospital. He has authored several authoritative articles on maxillofacial trauma and reconstruction and has lectured both nationally and internationally. Dr. Chotkowski the founder of StemSave, Inc. In accordance with its mission, StemSave partners with Dentists to enable them to provide their patients with the opportunity to cryopreserve their own valuable stem cells for future regenerative therapies. Dr Chotkowski has a profound understanding of stem cells and a passion for the promise of regenerative medical therapies.


Vincent J. Mariano

Dr. Vincent J. Mariano received his D.M.D. Degree as well as his post-doctoral training in Prosthodontics from Tufts School of Dental Medicine in Boston. Dr. Mariano went on to become a Board Certified prosthodontist, one of only 1,000 in the country. His thorough training has provided him with the expertise to offer comprehensive treatments of the highest quality, backed by advanced education in the field of dentistry and specifically in prosthodontics.  Dr. Mariano has been focusing exclusively on the specialty of prosthodontics since establishing his practice in 1984, but continues his relationship with Tufts School of Dental Medicine as an assistant clinical professor in postgraduate prosthodontics. In this role, he shares his knowledge with both students and faculty. As a member and past president of the nonprofit foundation, Tufts Prosthodontics Alumni Charitable Organization, Inc., he is dedicated to supporting prosthodontics training at Tufts School of Dental Medicine.  Dr. Mariano’s many professional memberships include the American College of Prosthodontics, and he is a Fellow of the International College of Dentists, the Greater NY Academy of Prosthodontics, the American Academy of Osseointegration (Implants), the American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics, and the Tufts Prosthodontic Alumni Organization, a non-profit foundation dedicated to supporting Tufts Prosthodontics. He is also active in his local dental society, having served as chairman of the Valley District Dental Society Education Committee since 1992. He is responsible for bringing internationally recognized clinicians from around the world to Massachusetts for dental education programs.


Lisa B. Emirzian


Dr. Emirzian earned her undergraduate degree at Springfield College and went on to pursue her D.M.D. at Tufts School of Medicine in Boston. Upon completion, she joined her father, Dr. A.A. Emirzian, a dentist who practiced for more than 40 years in Springfield, MA. Her practice evolved from his and eventually became the foundation for today’s practice in East Longmeadow. Dr. Emirzian’s dedication to esthetic dentistry has enhanced the quality of life for many of her patients. She is one of only approximately one hundred active members of the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, an elite organization dedicated to promoting the integration of dental esthetics into the total spectrum of oral health care. She is a Fellow of the International College of Dentists, and a member of the American Association of Women Dentists, the American Dental Association, the Massachusetts Dental Society and the Valley District Dental Society. She shares her special talents with colleagues by teaching and lecturing on esthetic dentistry and she also serves on the faculty at Tufts University as an Assistant Clinical Professor teaching students in the Advanced Esthetic Program.
